Your loan will be drawn down progressively during the course of construction as the Builder invoices for their progress payments. Whilst your loan is being drawn down, you will only be required to make interest only repayments. We will create a Tailored Budget Cashflow for you to cover the construction period so you have a guide to follow and prepare for in advance.
